Let’s Wrap Up 2010. High!! High!!

Stayed single almost the whole year?
- YES. Its not that bad. Really. Technically, I am a member of the so called SMP but It’s not a big deal.. Moreover, I am indeed a member of SMP, also known as Samahan ng Malulutong ang Pera. Getting rich and successful will always be my primary goal for now.. Besides, I have a very unconventional time table when it comes to my plans and goals.. Very unconventional, but definitely cool. Oh-10 is not a love year for me indeed

Were involved in something you’ll never forget?
- I encountered several meaningful incident particularly with my work.. It’s not easy, being a nurse. Many of you may find my repetitive statement about my profession very bleak, but it’s the truth. The good thing about it is that I love my job, so no matter how I get tired or whatever I feel.. I never came close to quiting or settling in a job out of the medical field. I experienced delivering a new born, seeing the beginning of a new life.. Titrating levophed, dopamine and dobutamine in order to prolong someones life. Declared Code blue and peformed CPR or even made a relative sign a do not resuscitate waiver, with all due respect with their decision. Its hard, but it also made me a lot stronger.

Did something you regret?
- I did some minor mistakes that I honestly cant even remember. I dont usually regret a decision in order for me to be able to move on easily

Did you meet any new friends this year?
- A lot. Mostly at work

Did you hate anyone?
- Actually I did. But being a professional, the hate eventually settled to a respectful disgust. LOL

Did you have a cake?
- Yeah

Did you get any presents?
- More than the material thing itself, I received a lot for my birthday this year.

Did you get what you wished for last year?
- Partially. Im fine with it. Everything is a step by step process

Did you change at all this year?
- Yes. Professionally, a lot. I also became patient.

Did you change your style?
- It was never my intention to change but my nature of work served as a contributing factor. The volunteers and my workmates call me Sir, it has been my distinct mark.. When I work, I act very professional. However, they are also very well aware of my funny side

Did you own a car?
- We have a car but I dont drive. Well, thats one thing that Im planning to have time to learn on 2011.

Did you go on any vacations?
- Baguio.. I go there every year, but with different companions, 00 to 08 – with my family.. 09 – with my friends.. 10 – with my workmates.. I hope next year, I’ll be able to have a vacation in korea.. I am very fascinated with hallyu and their pop culture

Would you change anything about yourself now?
- There will always be a room for change.

Did you dye your hair?
- I always dye my hair, either brown or red-brown.

- Yes. Its not perfect but I achieved a lot so its cool

- Yea!! haha, funny.. I either lie that Im younger or older than my real age. LOL

- I actually did.. I also get emotional sometimes.

- Yea, I was in a very awkward situation that time.

- I did. I was very tired from work and I wanted to just sit or lie and take a break.

- Nope, I always look after my valuable things..

- Yes. I’ll feel bad if I dont.

- Even before 2010, I know who my true friends are.

- Yes! and learned from them!!

- Youve got to be kidding me, I actually stayed up till morning, half of the year maybe.. graveyard shifts..

- Yeah, it actually became one of my most embarrassing moments.. LOL

Had friends who were drifting away from you?
- yeah.. tsk

Spent most of your money on food?
- Always. LOL

Gotten sick?
- I had chicken pox last April!!

Liked more than 5 people at the same time?
- nope, just two, or three.

Became closer with a lot of people?
- YES!!!!

raison d’ etre

at one point in my life.. you are my reason for being. However, things and circumstances change. People change. Its a fact and we cant get rid of that. But no problem. No biggie. After too much contemplation, Ive realized that life is too short to press with a single issue. We have a lot of things and priorities to attend to. So go on, grow and explore as much as I do.. I know that well always cross our paths and say hi and hello once in a while.. lets just be positive and wish each other well.. with that, I’m OK.

Random-ness

1. I was surfing the net., doing some stuffs when suddenly, a very  huge lightning roared over the sky (over. LOL) the electric pressure must be really that strong.. My laptop was plugged that time so the charger sparked… good thing lappy was not affected.. thank you charger for risking your life for my laptop’s dear life. haha..

2. I finally saw eclipse yesterday with my best friend.. Ofcourse, she cant get over with the scenes between bella and edward, and with jake as well.. the typical reaction of girls when watching the saga.. haha

3. Im excited for BSN batch 2010. They just wrapped up their board exam that was held last July 3 and 4. Lets all cross our fingers and hope for a complimenting result when it comes out

4. With the pang single salary that I am receiving. Working as a registered nurse also can become oh so tiresome.. good thing my parents are not expecting any contribution from me money-wise.. haha.. most of the time, my mom just tells me to consider my work as more of an experience rather that thinking of it as  a payed job.. therefore, I am just gaining an experience with incentives. LOL.. just another step for better things to come
